Our Service GuaranteeUpon receipt of your instructions, we guarantee to action your request within 5 business days (where the matter is metro) or 7 business days (where the matters is country / regional). We will always endeavour to, and generally do, action requests much sooner than this.
To assist us to action your requests as soon as practical, it is essential that we have authorised and appropriate documentation issued directly from your office. Our office has the facilities to action your instructions via email, fax or via our online system. In some circumstances, where arranged and approved by our office, we may take instruction in urgent circumstance by phone.
Our Prion Mercantile Management system is a proprietary system which we have designed in house to meet what we feel are the current and future needs of our clients and your business. Our proprietary system is designed to reduce the red tape and ineffective process of seeking manual updates on current or outstanding matters. Prion allows ARA to issue your business with weekly updates on matters.
