Method of Operation
Asset Recovery Australia prides itself in its excellent personal service provision. Prior to repossessing any goods, it must be established that no monies are to be forthcoming from the parties involved.
Cash
We endeavour to collect our client's full arrears plus costs in the form of cash where possible. This is subsequently receipted and paid into the client company directly.
Cheques
Where cheques are collected, these are where possible, in the form of certified funds, which are immediately paid into the clients account. Please note that under some circumstances, this is not possible and our agents use their discretion in these situations.
Repossession
In the case of repossession, a reputable towing company will undertake any towing necessary. Their account will be forwarded directly to your office, unless otherwise arranged. A comprehensive vehicle condition report will be included with our final report and invoice.
All monies received or goods collected will be forwarded to your company within 48 hours of result.
Upon notification of pending work, it is essential that we have authorised and appropriate documentation issued directly from your office. This may be forwarded by facsimile, Email or .via our Web based Programme (Prion Mercantile Management System)
All local work will be actioned on a personal call basis within 5 working days (Or as required) from time of issue. Our company has country and interstate agents, and these matters can be attended within 7 working days (Or as required)
Up-to-date office communication systems also mean verbal or e-mail updates or via access to our Web based Programme (Prion Mercantile Management System) will be given weekly under all circumstances unless otherwise requested. Investigations and locations are also handled through our office. Reports & invoices will be supplied to your office within 48 Hours.
All work performed by our company will be in line with the present Credit Act & ACCC Guidelines and state and federal laws relevant to our industry and we will represent and uphold your company standards at all times.
